INTERNAL STALLS
The indoor stalls Licence is for a longer period and can be terminated by either party within the terms of the Licence.
Smaller stalls - £249 pcm Larger stalls - £281 pcm
Rent is payable in advance and there is an additional pre-start deposit of a month’s rent in advance of receiving a Licence
INCUBATOR UNITS
The external incubator units are for new businesses that are just starting up which have not traded from
a public place before. They are currently subsidised and are let for a period of twelve months with no option to renew.
Incubator units are £111 pcm payable monthly in advance with the first six months free of charge to assist the new business
